Service and Rates

Our licensed, bonded, and insured service offers in-your-home pet care for pets of all sizes, including exotics animals. We care for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, parrots, reptiles, amphibians, rodents and more. Visits are customized to each individual pet as per your instructions and include:

  • Feeding / water replenished
  • Potty break
  • Play time / Exercise / Walk
  • Litter boxes cleaned
  • Medications administered
  • Special needs and elder pet care
  • LOTS of love and personalized attention
  • Home services (see below) included

Farm animals need personal care, too! We care for horses, donkeys, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, llamas, alpacas, chickens, turkeys and more. 

Visits are customized to your farm as per your instructions and include:

  • Feeding / water changed
  • Square bales put into hay racks
  • Other livestock duties as requested
  • Midday potty breaks
  • Exercise / play time / walks customized to your pet
  • Feeding / water replenished
  • LOTS of love and individual attention

*Weekday is defined as M-F between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm (EST)
** Without pet sitting services, must book 3 or more days/week on a weekly basis

Peak Period Rates (per visit):
Visits which occur during our peak period dates below will incur an added fee of $5 per visit.

Peak period dates tend to go on a waiting list and get very busy. In fairness to all of our clients and their pets, we will not overbook. We recommend booking holiday/peak period visits as far in advance as possible – seriously, there is no such thing as too early.

Additionally, any visits booked less than 7 days notice are subject to sitter availability and are subject to peak period/holiday rate in consideration of changes in our sitters’ schedules to accommodate last minute requests.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at or prior to the first visit of the booking. We accept cash (exact change), check (made payable to All Critters), or Venmo.
New clients require a deposit to secure your booking. Please see cancellation policy for further details.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated and go directly to your sitter(s). Tips may be included in your payment for services or left separately in an envelope clearly labeled for your sitter(s).

We understand that life happens and we want to be fair to our clients, however, we need to be fair to our sitters as well, who have created their schedule around booked visits. Additionally, during peak periods, we often turn down bookings once our schedule is at capacity. Therefore, our cancellation policy is defined as follows.

For midday, weekday (daily) clients:

  • We require notice by 8 pm the night before a scheduled visit without incurring penalties.
  • For visits canceled with less notice, the full visit fee will be charged unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the immediate family or a medical emergency/illness of the client.

For multiple visit bookings:

  • We require clients to give a minimum notice of ten days prior to the first scheduled visit during holiday / peak periods

  • We require clients to give a minimum notice of five days prior to the first scheduled visit during non-holiday / non-peak periods

Failure by the client to cancel by giving the minimum notice required will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount due for the booking. Additionally, no refunds or credits will be given for late departures or early return of the client.

Entry Methods

Any home that requires entry with a key will require the Client to secure the key onsite. Alternative entry methods include:

  • Lockbox: Client will provide us with the code and location of lockbox and will place the key inside the box for sitter’s usage. We have many clients who use Master Lock portable key lock boxes, which are available to either be attached to a door knob or mounted; these are available at Lowe’s, Amazon and many other retailers.
  • Door/Garage Code(s): Client will provide and keep us notified of current door code and/or garage code. We strongly encourage an alternative means of entry as batteries die and electrical outages occur at the most inopportune times.
  • Hidden Key Onsite: If Client chooses to hide a key onsite, we are indemnified from any and all damages or losses. If Client leaves property unsecured, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses.
  • Lock Key Inside House: If Client requests us to lock a key inside the home, we will be unable to re-enter the home in case of delay of the Client’s return. If additional visits are required, Client agrees to pay for any locksmith charges to gain entry into the Client’s premises.

For the safety of Client’s pets and sitters, if the temperature is above 90 degrees or below 20 degrees and/or there are any hazardous weather conditions (including, but not limited to icy/slick sidewalks, severe thunderstorms, lightening, heavy rain, etc.) walking/outside time will be limited to potty breaks and remaining time will be spent indoors.
